AZ-Armaturen GmbH is specialized in the
fabrication of high acid-resistant special valves, using high-quality
materials. The company, established in 1965 at Schonach in the Black
Forest (Germany), expanded through the years, which made necessary
to move to a new company building, with most up-to-date machinery.
Nowadays AZ-Armaturen has 200 employees throughout the world.
Because of a technical high level of know-how in the field of
special valves, in particular Plug Valves, as well as excellent
customer service, short delivery times and loyalty with regard to
agreements, the company established international fame. As a result
of the high quality standard of the AZ products, the company
nowadays exports to almost all countries of the world an
particularly in the Chemical and Petro-Chemical Industries, Power
Stations, etc. they take a leading position with their valves.
Especially appreciated is the long life span of the AZ plug valves,
based on the very special construction and the application of
special materials, such as PTFE/PFA, Stainless Steel, Monel, Nickel,
Titanium, Hastelloy and many others. |

The AZ-Plug
Valve is excellently suitable for using as a control- valve. The
basis for this is the approved construction for most severe
application of the quarter-turn on/off valve with no body cavities.
The control - characteristic is defined by the plug passage form.
The additional use of the protection inset “S” in the control plug
avoids wash-out of the PTFE sleeve. |
